How fees work
Plain answers on paying for care, before you book.
Insurance we work with
We bill many PPO plans and some employer plans. What a plan pays for chiropractic visits differs from plan to plan, so our front desk checks yours before your first visit.

Ask us about yours
If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, your doctor tells you what each part of your visit costs before it happens, and you pay at the visit. Ask the front desk for our fee list.
Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we can give you an itemized receipt, sometimes called a superbill. If your plan reimburses out-of-network care you can send it in, and the plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate before your first visit and answer your questions about it.
Checking your benefits
Our front desk checks your benefits before your first visit and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. You can also ask your plan about chiropractic visits.
To cancel or change a visit, call us as early as you can. Ask the front desk about our cancellation policy.
Not sure what your plan covers?
