Our services

Each starts with an exam. Your doctor explains what is involved, and what it costs, before you agree.

  • A practitioner's hands press on the lower back of a person lying in a dark shirt

    Spinal adjustment

A quick, hands-on movement applied to a joint of the spine. Your doctor will explain the risks before any neck adjustment, and what you may feel before the first one.

    • Low-force techniques where they suit you

    • You can ask to stop at any time

  • A model of a spine on a dark surface with one disc highlighted in red

    Spinal decompression

You lie on a padded table, held by a harness, while the table applies a measured pull along the spine for a set time. Your doctor decides after the exam whether it suits you, and it is not used in pregnancy.

    • Reviewed at set visits

    • Who it is not for is explained first

  • A person lies on a black treatment table with one knee raised while a practitioner looks on from a desk in a bright room

    Corrective exercise

Movements chosen after your exam, practiced in the clinic first and then at home. Your doctor sets how often, and changes the plan as you go.

    • Shown and checked in person

    • A short routine for home

  • A practitioner guides a person bending forward in a bright room with a large window

    Posture and desk advice

A look at how you sit, stand and work, with small changes to try between visits.

    • Desk and chair set-up

    • Breaks and movement through the day

  • A practitioner's hands work on a patient's calf on a white treatment table

  • Two people walk away down a bright clinic corridor

    Family chiropractic

Care for adults, and for teenagers and children who come with a parent or guardian. Your doctor explains what is involved before any care starts.

    • A parent or guardian stays for the visit

    • Care adjusted to age and size

  • X-rays only when medically necessary

Your doctor explains why before taking any.

  • Costs in advance

You hear what each part costs before you agree.

    How fees work
  • Your pace

How often you come is set after the exam and reviewed as you go.

Not sure which service fits?

  • A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
