Before you come

What happens at your first visit

Plan on 45 to 60 minutes. You do not need to fill in health forms before you come. Bring a list of any medicines you take and any scans or reports you already have.

  • A list of your medicines

  • Clothes you can move in

  • Recent scans or reports, if you have them

  • Someone with you, if you like

The visit in order

From the front desk to your plan

The same four steps for every new patient.

  • At the desk

A short check-in. We confirm how you would like to pay and answer questions about fees.

  • The conversation

Your doctor asks about your history, what is bothering you and what you hope to do again.

  • The exam

The doctor watches and tests how you move, and explains each step as it happens. X-rays only when medically necessary.

  • Your plan

You hear the findings, your options and the risks of each. Care starts only if you agree, and the front desk books what comes next.
